Hip To Be Square

This ring features a square Australian opal from a opalized shell from a fossilized clam. Sometimes in the fossilization process when the organic material is being replaced with a mineral, it is replaced with silica and the result is a opalized shell. I cut this stone from said material and set it in a ring. Opal is a stone of the heart and represents love.

This ring is a size 9, and cannot be resized. It is set in sterling silver. It comes in a gift box ready to be gifted or kept for yourself.

The ring band on this ring was also milled to be a comfortable ring band for the wearer to be able to enjoy wearing this ring any time of day but due to the nature of the opal, it is suggested that they take off the ring when performing activities which may damage the stone.

All my jewelry includes a maintenance policy where I polish and repair the ring as per requested at most 4 times a year within 2 years after being bought. If the center stone is broke, it may be hard to replace but there are options available but not the same stone as the stone is unique.
